Fine Dining at Copper Mountain

After skiing some of Colorado’s best snow at Copper Mountain, it only seems fitting that you should be treated to a similarly high standard of gourmet dining afterward. Well, that can easily be arranged at C.B. Grille, arguably Copper Mountain’s finest dining experience. Located in the Passage Point area of the Village at Copper, C.B. Grille offers a mix of local specialties and international fare with appetizers such as Colorado Lamb Lollipops rubbing shoulders with Brie en Croute or Prince Edward Island Mussels. Many of the entrees are prepared on the wood fired grill, such as Snake River Farms Pork Tenderloin which is served with warm artichoke and pomegranate salad, celery root puree and citrus mint pesto, or the Beef Tenderloin served with creamed spinach, Spanish chorizo, fava beans and porcini roast potatoes. Other mouth watering entrees include Alaskan Salmon, North American Bison, and Pan Seared Sea Scallops. With an impressive selection of old and new world wines by the glass and by the bottle, it is safe to say that dinner at the C.B. Grille would please both hungry skiers and visiting foodies alike.
If you are looking for a lighter menu, why not try Tapas and a glass of wine in the bar area, and if you are here at the weekend, the restaurant has also recently started opening for Sunday Brunch from 9am to 1pm.
